What was the highlight of Sofiana My Khe Hotel & Spa

It was a positive and relaxing experience overall.

The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was nice. I ate a bowl of delicious pho every morning before going out for a tour. The room decor was pretty. The stay was comfortable. We could see the beach from our window. Also as residents in the hotel we got 50% discount for all the spa services in the hotel, making the price very competitive in the area. The spa was very relaxing especially after long days of travel. We were assigned to a wrong room initially, but after we mentioned it to the staff, they tried to switch room immediately. Since they ran out of rooms of the type we booked that night, we got moved to a VIP room for a night before they made the new room available. They moved all our stuff to the new room for us the next day.

There were lizards in our room. While we understand that lizards are harmless and normal in warm weather, but it still made us slightly uncomfortable. Also, if you pay by credit card, you get charged 2% service fee. So be prepared to pay with cash or an additional service charge.

Awesome stay The best staff i have seen in any hotel.

The location of hotel is awesome..close to beach and other facilities.The staff of the hotel is one of the best,pleasing and helpful.

The tap of washroom (bathtub)was not functional and could not be repaired. The door latch of washroom of second room taken by the kids was not functional however same was repaired once we complaint about the same .

A lovely place to start our Vietnam adventure

Clean rooms and comfy beds and pillows. A lovely breakfast room. But the best thing was the friendly and helpful staff. We landed in DaNang knowing nothing and no one. By the end of our stay, we felt like so many of the staff were our friends because they went out of their way to help us get to know Da Nang.

Nice staff and good location, good value

1, the staff were friendly with the smiles, drinks and snacks were provided when you check in. 2, location is closed to the beach, 2-3 mins walk.

1, Asked for 2 room cards for 2 nights stay, being told that they don’t have enough room cards as the full occupancy rate. 2, the bath towels are a little bit old, time to change. 3, the safe in the wardrobe doesn’t work, locked all the time.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

There is only a shower door, no bathroom door, and it was a big challenge for my daughter to get change clothes in a family room. If there is a door for the bathroom, I'll give a 10/10 stars

Lovely hotel staff and great location

Hotel was in a great location, and the staff were very lovely. Made to feel very welcome and at home.

The rooms were a tiny bit outdated, and the walls/windows were a bit thin so could get a bit noisy, but they give you ear plugs.

Great location, staff and Value

Great hotel, room was great value for money. The staff were very chatty, helpful and friendly. The location was excellent right in the middle of all the best bars and restaurants in My Khe (room still completely quiet though ) and less than 5 min walk to the beach.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff BUT it was almost too much at times

People need to be aware that at the moment there is demolition of a building going on across the road resulting in much unwanted noise

Feels more like a 4 star property

The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. It's the nicest room I've had in Vietnam. The staff are kind and super friendly.

I didn't really like the construction but it was just during the day only. Very quiet otherwise.

Great hotel near My Khe beach

The hotel is located in the tourist area of the city. The views from the sky bar are amazing. The pool area at the rooftop and sky bar is really nice during sunset and worth a visit during happy hour. The staff are also very helpful when it comes to recommending places around the area. The breakfast spread is brilliant and offers a lot of variety for vegetarians.

The room we booked as coming with city view was a bit more pricey compared to other options however it was quite small for the price we paid compared to the slightly cheaper room which was bigger in size and didn't feel so cramped.

Finally some good breakfast! Lots of options. Lovely hotel crew Good location, close to beach and many food places/pubs. Nice roof pool with crazy nice view. Few minutes from 24h shop Perfect Price/quality ratio

Exceed my expectations!Definitely will come back.

Excellent location, minutes walking distance to the beach and restaurants, variety choices of breakfast. The room is spacious, modern, beautiful, especially the bed’s very comfortable. The staffs are wonderful,they’re very nice, attentive! I would give 10+ for my stay.
